Katie Dowling is co-founder and CFO of Circular Australia Ltd and recently was a part-time lecturer with University of Sydney Chemical Engineering faculty. Prior to working with NSWCircular (an innovation network established by NSW Government and UNSW) and now Circular Australia.

Katie worked as a banking executive for over 25 years in a variety of senior Treasury and Financial Markets roles in Sydney and London, with extensive experience in Financial Markets, Balance Sheet Risk Management and Capital Management.

Katie has a Bachelor of Commerce from the UNSW, is a fellow of the Finance and Treasury
Association and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and more recently
furthered her studies in Circular Economy through Delft University, Netherlands.
