Thomas brings 10 years of waste management experience to NSW Circular. He takes an environmental engineering approach to problem solving, with a focus on first principles that break down many of the ‘wicked challenges’ that face the waste industry.

Thomas started his career in local government before he transitioned across to consulting. He is a jack of all trades that has delivered projects involving waste strategy, community consultation and engagement, data and statistics, and EPA regulatory compliance.
